Jade Manns (b.1997) is a dancer, choreographer and co-founder of the artist-run performance space PAGEANT in New York. Her work has been shown at Sundays on Broadway at Weis Acres (NYC), The Brooklyn Rail, Singing in Unison (NYC), New Dance Alliance Performance Mix Festival (NYC), The Provincetown Dance Festival (Truro Center for the Arts, MA), PAGEANT (NYC), Greenspace (NYC) and ing.464 (NYC). It has been supported by the Alberta Foundation for the Arts (Individual Project Grant 2016, 2017) and New Dance Alliance’s Satellite Residency. 

As a performer Jade has worked professionally with choreographers such as Evvie Allison, Phoebe Berglund, Juli Brandano, Sharleen Chidiac, Jordan Demetrius Lloyd, Luis Lara Malvacias, Owen Prum and Alexa West, as well as with visual artists such as Korakrit Arunanondchai, Boychild, Cherrie Yu and Rosario Zorraquin.  

In April of 2022 Jade founded the independent dance and performance space PAGEANT with Sharleen Chidiac, Owen Prum and Alexa West. Formerly, Jade collaboratively ran a DIY performance space in Ridgewood, Queens. 

Jade is an alumna of the San Francisco Conservatory of Dance, she has studied abroad at the Salzburg Experimental Academy of Dance (S.E.A.D) and holds a BFA in dance and minor in performance studies from NYU Tisch School of the Arts.
